1. Eligibility & Account

2. OUR PRODUCTS (MADE-TO-ORDER DISCLOSURE)
All products are made-to-order as part of a print-on-demand manufacturing process.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Your item is produced specifically for you after purchase
- Products may be fulfilled by third-party manufacturing partners
- Minor variations in colour, texture, print placement, stitching, labelling, or finish may occur
- Such variations are not considered defects where they fall within reasonable manufacturing tolerances
We aim to accurately represent all products, but final output may differ slightly from digital images due to screen settings and production processes.
3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed by you are offers to purchase products.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- product availability
- manufacturing limitations
- payment issues
- suspected fraud or misuse
- pricing or listing errors
An order is only accepted once payment has been processed and order confirmation has been issued.
We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the relevant currency and may be changed at any time without notice.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorise us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.
Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply in your country. These are your responsibility.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship globally. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from different international locations depending on manufacturing and logistics availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- carriers
- customs processing
- local import procedures
- events outside our reasonable control
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In general:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt (where applicable by law)
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Made-to-order sizing preferences are the responsibility of the customer
- Faulty or incorrect items will be assessed and resolved appropriately
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
Where required by law (including in the UK, EU, and other applicable jurisdictions), mandatory consumer protection rights will apply.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, designs, product imagery, text, and materials are owned by totally ’armless or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without written permission.
All trademarks and branding elements are protected.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (INCLUDING SHOPIFY)
We use third-party providers, including Shopify, for hosting, payments, logistics, and analytics.
We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.
Shopify is not responsible for individual transactions between you and totally ’armless.
9. USER CONTENT / FEEDBACK
If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, or content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display that content for business purposes.
You confirm you have the rights to any content you submit.
We may remove content at our discretion.
10. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to:
