Our Story

Established in 2025, totally 'armless began with a belief that confidence doesn’t need to announce itself. It doesn’t need volume, intimidation or armour. It simply exists, quietly, naturally and without asking for permission. We believe there is something inherently powerful in being completely at ease with who you are, and that true confidence comes from within. 

We’ve always seen something quietly powerful in the absence of sleeves, exposed, nothing concealed and nothing to hide. What might traditionally be perceived as ruggedness, aggression or defence can become something entirely different, freedom, openness and effortless self-assurance.

That philosophy sits at the heart of everything we create. We strip clothing back to its essentials, removing what doesn’t need to be there and allowing what remains to speak for itself. Considered proportions with clean lines and beautifully understated details. Our garments are designed to feel as natural as they look, refined enough to stand apart but effortless enough to become a part of you. 

They also aren’t made to transform you into someone else, they’re made to reveal a little more of who you already are. That's why each garment is made to order and every piece has its own journey from our hands to yours. Not bespoke or mass-produced but simply made when it’s meant to be yours.

Style doesn’t always need to demand attention, sometimes the most compelling presence is the one that walks into a room completely at ease, comfortable in its own skin, unguarded and entirely self-assured. The kind of confidence that doesn’t need validation, because it was never looking for it in the first place.
